We get a lot of questions about how we work with recruitment at Spotify. Both from candidates but also from other companies. And it’s a relevant one to ask it’s hard to find top talent on a market where everybody is screaming for employee. A crucial thing for a quick growing tech company is to hire the right people, actually Right people beats the right business idea your employees make all the difference.If you get involved in our tech-recruitment process you normally go through 7-8 different steps. We will get back to those steps, but in wide terms what we are looking for when it comes to employee are overall technical knowledge which includes an understanding for general security products and problem solving skills.We are looking for three things:

    We look for people who are great at lots of things, love big challenges and welcome big changes. We can’t have too many specialists in just one particular area. We’re looking for people who are good for Company and not just for right now, but for the long term.This is the core of how we hire. Our process is pretty basic; the path to getting hired usually involves a first conversation with a recruiter, a phone interview and an onsite interview at one of our offices. But there are a few things we’ve baked in along the way that make getting hired at Bostan International little different.We’re looking for smart, team-oriented people who can get things done.
